I think the 2005 C6 Corvette would make a great Wheeljack or Hot Rod.

This is all wishful thinking from an impression I got from looking at my Tracks: Starscream (Well, they turned Grimlock into a car, so why not? :nuts). It's the wrist guns that gave me the idea, but a white convertable retool with a red or blue pinstriping and the Starscream head. Retool the fake "windshield" on the underside of the car that forms Tracks' chest to look like a jet canopy, and I think it'd look real sharp...

i'd rather not see hot rod (Rodimus) as the vette remold, and i'm holding out on starscream for jets please has/tak. of course thanks to grimy anything is possible. and why couldn't Tracks come with working flip lights, now that would've been cool, and i don't want a c6 vette alt/bt, i hate that thing, tradition thrown out the window!

I am with you, but not screemer, one of the other seakers like thrust or thundercracker (my fav) I just keep thinking that tracks would be perfect since the geewun model had wings (never understood that)

I'd love it if they atleast make it a convertable. The tops not an integral part of the transformation...kinda like a reverse of the Sideswipe to Deadend upgrade.

But if they did that you would have all that empty space in the back where the seats are and the windshield *which I personally wish they would have done something with) would be out there for all to see in his robot mode. Although of course it would look kick a$$ as a car, it would be lacking as a robot. I think the only saving grace for WHEELJACK would be if the powers that be at TAKARA/HASBRO designs something better and more solid for his chestplate (something that I found lacking in TRACKS, although a nice figure). :tftongue

Which is a bit silly, as making them different characters would probably improve sales.

 

Im thinking the yellow Tracks is "Tigertracks" but Im not sure who the red meister should be. Any suggestions?
