Lol... do you have any idea what even a cheap, crappy display case for his collection would cost?  To do it right, he'd have to spend a fortune!  Hell, to do it cheap would easily be over ten grand... :tflaugh

Yes, but how much do you figure that he has spent to have this massive and truly impressive collection either stored in boxes or just stuffed on a shelf wherever he can find space. I am sure that Fort Prime can tell us, but I would guess that if he is willing to spend that much on a collection, then he is probably willing to spend some more on a proper way to display it. Besides, I have a pretty decent collection (see this topic, although I have almost doubled it in size since I last took pics), and I got all kinds of compliments on the display and that is not even what I plan on doing as a permanent solution. I think that the display can either make or break a collection and if you are willing to spend major money on TFs, as it looks like Fort Prime is willing to do, then you should be willing to spend the money to make them viewable instead of having everything stuck in boxes and almost inaccessible. I will have to take many pics of my collection once I get the new case that I want, and you will hopefully see what I mean. But, I am willing to freely admit that damn, it would cost a bunch to properly display this collection, but it would soooooooo be worth it.

My guess is that he'd not only need a bunch of nice display cases, but also an addition to his house, if not a second house! :tflaugh

 

But I definitely see what you're saying.  I've got just my Alternators in thier boxes right now until I figure out a better solution on displaying my TFs, and it's killing me.  I've got the separate room for them now, but I still need to find a cost effective, uniform shelving/cabinet system.  Right now, I'm just using random bookshelves and other leftover furniture that didn't find a home elsewhere in the new house.  It doesn't look all that bad, but it could look much better.

Come on now, you know a Transformers house would kick @$$!!!
