Why? They have some good prices, and if they have a good rating, it's not like your going to get scammed.

I coulda got Takara reissues 00-12 for 400 bux, I'm kicking myself in the ass for not doing it.

Well i got scammed by one of those high rating guys. Calls himself fathaof3boys. Just shows you have to be really careful with ebay.

Well, this seller was offering a micromaster sized Bruticus and defensor. I won the auction and paid quickly. A month passed by and nothing arrived. When I Emailed the seller he didn't respond after like 6 mails. Only after filing for fraud he answered with a lame excuse of not being able to send the items for the moment since he was busy doing some sort of training. I asked for a refund then and he posted a negative feedback with an insult. All of that just for asking for my money. Same thing happened to other guys with the same item.

Just my advice, if you see this seller on ebay fathaof3boys, avoid him.

I actually bought both combaticon and protectobot minis from him as well. I did get the items, but after maybe 3 weeks. He gave me an excuse that he is in the armed forces and he's stationed overseas so its hard for him to deliver the items and to check email (he did respond to my emails after 2-3 days). The return address WAS from an overseas military base site (I don't remember where exactly), so I think he was telling the truth.

I have been collecting G1 reissues and I have used ToysRUs/Amazon.com, Toynk.com and HLJ.com (Hobby Link Japan).

Maybe he said the truth but that does not justifies leaving bad remarks or comments just for asking for my money back if he was not able to finish the transaction. He should have let me know he was going to be on training, then i might have waited. But no he had to insult me via e-mail and stuff.

I've had very good luck with using both Bigbadtoystore and JRS Toyworld

Both stores ship very fast, have flat rate shipping no matter how much you order, package the items in great amounts of bubble wrap ( JRS Toyworld packs better in my opinion) and the customer service is top notch.

Both their pricing is very similiar, yet check both as one will probably be lower then the other on certain things. JRS is usually a few dollars cheaper on most items then BBTS.

For an example of the flat rate shipping, I ordered over $300.00 worth of stuff from JRS, and the items came packed in 2 separate boxes. I know for a fact that shipping was double or triple the amount I paid him, so that's really cool.

Walmart.com is good. the prices are the same as in the store and the shipping is fast. I order Silverstreak on a monday. Picked the cheapest form of shipping and still received my toy Thursday morning even though their predicted date was between that friday and the friday of the next week. Amazon has a great sale going on right now though.

You're right. The only drawback is that walmart doesn't ship out of US to Puerto Rico.that really suckscos i have their credit card and i want a lot of items they have available .

Thanks for the warning about buying from ebay...I've checked and there's ton of goodies but after hearing from you guys, I'd be better off being cautious. Plus, a lot of the items are from overseas...which makes it more apprehensive.

Thats petty to leave bad feedback for his problems as you didnt do anything wrong, I have had quite good luck on ebay despite a couple of language barrier problems. I also sometimes use Link2cooltoys.com hes been pretty reliable.
