Sheesh, some people.

 

I was up at a local Comics superstore that also sells action figures, and they have quite an extensive array of Transformers......from G1 up to Armada. Funny things I saw there:

 

1. KO Devastator - $75. I could tell it's a KO because I have one too, and it had the same whiteback stickers.

 

2. G1 Defensor (Original) - $200. Um, no. Perhaps $80. PERHAPS.

 

3. G1 Trailbreaker - $160

 

4. Armada Unicron - $75

 

5. MOC RID Landfill figures (all four of them, the different colored ones) for $32 apiece.

 

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

 

Of course, that didn't stop me from walking out of there with a Predaking....

Damn! Avoid giving that store your money! What a rip-off for something they most likely bought for $5.

Hand out flyers to people of an e-bay page with the same knockoff to show they are ripping them off. LOL

How much did you shell out for Predaking?

$225, for Predaking. Divebomb and Razorclaw are metal Predacons, and he also came with both feet, both fists, the wing attatchment, and the transformable gun that comes with Razorclaw.

 

I most certainly will be making a visit to Reprolabels.com for new stickers, as they are somewhat beat up. There's also a stress mark on the back of Predaking's head, but you have to LOOK for it to see it, it's not like it's threatening the structrual integrity. If I could find a camera, I'd take a pic or two.

 

Overall, quite pleased, I am. Now I only need Defensor and Piranacon. Still mulling as to whether to keep my prebook for the Takara Reissue Predaking or not.......on one hand, it's a bunch of money. OTOH, it would allow me to have a truly C10 or thereabouts Predaking to have displayed and available for the occaisional messing around with.

I pieced my Predaking together one robot at a time, he's now complete but cost me around $325-350. Headstrong, Tantrum, and Rampage are metal, and I have boxes for Razorclaw and Divebomb.

 

Hey, if we put ours together, we have a full metal version :P

Well, atleast you have all the important parts. But I've got all the guns and swords attached in combiner mode.......hrmmmm, wait a sec......ok back. haha!

He's a damn impressive figure and I don't regret spending the money for him.
