Well, just to take a break from my usual G1 themed bashes, I decided to tackle a beast project I had been planning.

 

Presenting Magnus Primal (aka Monkey Magnus):

 

The blades on his wrists are removable and can be connected to his lower legs or held in his hands (but that doesn't look as cool).

 

 

I created him as an adversary for my Nemesis Primal than I had made earlier.

 

Are those wrist-blades those little cocktail toothpicky things?

 

Anyhow, after seeing the Robot mode, I was a bit "Doesn't look like it works.." but the beast mode looks great, kind of gives him a bit of an abominable snowman(or would Yeti be a better description?)-type appearance.

Yes, the blades are Party Picks from the party section of a grocery store. I was originally going to use a set of translucent blue Party Picks I had as Energy Blades, but they got destroyed and I had to go with the cream color ones. Oh well.

When I saw the "Monkey Magnus," I thought you'd found a way to make Beast-Era trailer-armour; maybe a smaller monkey that rides around on his back in beast mode?
