You are forgeting G2 it had the same toon as G1. That is what got me hooked. and yes I hada purple Grimlock with a tattoe. I love the G1 toys... expesialy the Headmasters and E-Hobby exclusives.

I am 16. I remember the first Generation 2 commercial. That's what got me hooked. I had the tape set for every episode. My dad bought me a lot of the G2 toys because he collected G1. Unfortunately for me he sold them before he married my mom. :tfsad Until I was older, I realized why the original G1 toys were not made during G2. I always wanted a Soundwave and Megatron(gun). Now that I am older, i have gone back and purchased G1s off ebay and through the reissues. I didn't watch Beast Wars, Beast machines, or RID because they weren't the original vehicle format of G1. I had some Beast Wars toys, but that's when I stopped. Cut forward a years and here is Armada. I stared watching when I saw Unicron in Walmart. I have been 100% dedicated since. I have all of the Energon in my area. I have almost every episode minus a few Beast Wars 2 and Neo. G1 is my favorite with Energon second.
