ok, well I have an extra alt skids, I have already made a soundwave, blaster, and a bumblebee from skids. I also have a headless alt rollbar(selling the head if anyone's interested) I had thought of making a megatron from it, not sure if i should attempt a 'chroming' project yet. how difficult is chroming?

 

I am also looking to do something with an alt ricochet. never really liked it, thought about reshelling him into an alt Kup using a Chevy Ssr ora Pt Cruiser, but I saw someone already did. not that i am not allowed to make my owner but I figure I'd see if anyone has any suggestions

I have a roll bar too. I have plans of making him into hound. Lets see. Alt Skids....... I once saw an Awesome Ironhide that was

 

taken a step further and had the Scion Box body panels removed and had a Van model kit body re-attached. Thats the only thing I can think

 

of. Heres one for ya to think about though. Make a Megatron out of a movie Ironhide. With the guns attached together on the right arm it is

 

very much like Megs Fusion cannon. Croming would also be easier on the flat surfaces of that rather than a rollbar if that was the intent.

not into the movie molds at all . I am just seeing if anyone has idearrrsssss. I might just go ahead and make them all dinobots, since I had planned a dinobot alt team before

Wow that's really funny because I was going to make a thread tonight asking almost the EXACT same question...I have a Skids, and a headless/handless Rollbar...

 

Prolly gonna make a Ratchet or Ironhide out of the Skids, and the Rollbar...well when he's in robot mode, if you flip the front section up and turn the legs around, you can definately see a Brawn in there...but I'm going out of my mind insane trying to find a proper Brawn head for him...the closest I've been able to find thus far is a Skids head...nnnnggggghhhhhhhh....so then I was thinking that I saw someone do an Inferno or a Grapple froma Rollbar using a G1 Inferno/Rollbar head...I dunno...

 

Oh...I'll buy that Rollbar head too if you still have it...hit me up in a PM with the details.

Call me crazy... but wouldn't it be easier to, y'know, buy Hound? :tftongue

Im currently organising a Perceptor to be made from Skids. Far more suitable than for Ironhide or an ambulance in my opinion
