Everyone,

If you enjoy Transformers:Universe comics and want them to come out at your local store on a regular basis, I have a favor to ask.

Today (Thursday the 12th) or Friday the 13th (oo, that's ominous, isn't it?), call up a couple of your local comic shops and ask them to order TF:U#1 through Diamond, page 324 in the August Previews.

Pre-orders are due from retailers on Saturday, and these initial numbers will help the 3H team make good business decisions about the comics going forward. We want to keep the Universe story coming out on a regular basis, and through your local stores, but to do so, we need to know we've got sufficient support out there, from fans and retailers alike.

Best regards,

Malin

pssh, my comic shop already has copies of Universe #1-3

issue 1 is almost a year old...

yeah, it came out last summer. But now there's a second printing, which has character profiles in the back. They did that cuz they're character profiles in issues #2-3 as well.

I envy you all, because I no longer have a comic book shop in my city. The closet one is about 150 miles or so.

I frontpaged it so that should help get the message out some :thumb

And just as important, dont forget to go buy them when the come in. There is nothing worse then them sitting on the shelves once the shop has paid for them. That's the kiss of death for most publications after the first go-round.

I think it's great you guys are trying to make this title work. It's really a great comic! I've had my issue since last summer. So i'm all set with TFU #1. But I will mention it to them to see if they would buy them. Most likely they won't since it's a year old. But I will also mention you guys are planning to release the other issues through Diamond.

I do know they have about 20+ transformers fans that shop there. Well, that's as many copies of the transformers comics they order.

Good luck to you guys!

Really guys, buy them. That's critcal to the shops and utimately what will help OTFCC the most. Be glad too, this is one time you can get something from OTFCC that comes to you. :)

I've juz emailed my local shop. Really hope I'll see these comics soon.
