There's nothing wrong with Megatron being a helicopter, I was lamenting the fact that his latest alt mode looked like your basic figure with its basic configuration and had helicopter blades slapped onto it just for the hell of it.

yeah i'm loving this megatron...

Plus, you don't have bigass cannons on a jet that needs to be moving constantly.

A-10 Warthog....

 

It's chin-mounted and drum-feed Vulcan cannon is on fixed position and only fires forward, can't be tilted to left nor right, unlike the chin cannon of Apache or such.

 

The A10 is a gatling gun with Wings... "Chin mounted" doesn't quite cover that monster.

I thought there were only missiles and smart bombs attached to it's wings? CMIIW, not knowing much about US military, concerned more about PRC / Russian Federation armed forces.. :D
