1. It depends on the series. In my opinion, at least, it IS the same 'bot. It's sort of like "The Menagerie 1-or-2 episodes" argument in Star Trek whether it is or not.

2. The alt mode is NOT a car. Thinking of those G2 cars?

3. Nope, not a Nemesis Prime.

4. Nope, this guy's huge.

5. Yes! This 'bot is from Beast Wars.

6. He has a primary color on him.

7. No! He did not!

I am not terribly experienced in the J-BW world... so more narrowing questions -

does this character's beast mode have 4 legs?

is it magmatron?

Bad guy in B.W. Neo & Good guy in Beast Machines But still a Pred.

And almost! This 'bot is related to Magmatron! You've put the hints together correctly so far!

Is It Galvatron? although not really sure how that would fit with question 1.

If not does he have a vehicle mode?

I think I know which one it is, but I'm off to bed now, and won't be online for a while, so not to mess the game up, I'll leave you lot to guess the answer!

And you're on the right track with Magmatron. As I said, I was being devious when I chose the 'bot.
