if I remember right the cartoon Optimus had small stacks anyway when he was in robot mode

i did something similar except I found a plastic peg that fit inside the hole at the top of the stacks.

 

Then I just used some aluminum tape (home depot) and carefully wrapped the plastic peg to give it the chromed look.

Wow thats awsome :thumb Goood Job Dude, I know Insane Galvatron made some too but thats definatly the best custom job on Prime smoke stacks yet.

is it just me or is there a little crack in the plastic part of the stack where it meets with the custom part?

I find he drill too much the force the smoke stack in too hard

Probably snapped off as a result of drilling to hard. It's all good though. Just think of it as a battle scar! :thumb
