Omnicron (Prime?)

Recommended Posts

Oi peeps! i've almost finished my kitbash of E tow-line to Omnicron (Prime?)

but i need a decent colour scheme to paint on him

here are the pics:

Image445.jpg

robot mode

Image453.jpg

polar tank mode

Image472.jpg

flight mode(this is kind of a crappy pic)

Image473.jpg

i dont know what to call this mode... i think mini-car mode would do

Image474.jpg

base mode. this mode is used when he is either in flight or mini-car mode or when he is in stealth robot mode.

stealth robot mode is practically E tow-lines bot mode with monkey arms wich are waaaay out of proportion. ( normal bot mode has longer legs)

please think of a colour scheme that i can use.

the winning idea will get credit when the bash is done.

You're kidding right? your pics are WAY to blurry to digibash.

nice one but you may need to make longer arms

Give us better pictures. More angles. More poses. At the moment your TF disgusts me a tiny bit because of how he seems to be thrusting his crotch forward. Prove that wrong to me, and I might try a digibash.

Please tell me you were trying to be funny...

Personally, I think it's awesome that this guy has such a huge package. Look at the vehicle mode shots. I dunno what name you've got lined up for this guy, but I'd suggest Johnholmesatron, personally.

(At the very least, a tech spec note about how humans find his massive codpiece unnerving.)

-hx, he's packing some serious heat there.

uh yea... phone camera quality. srry

and about his crotch.... thats just temporary. bcoz tow-lines powerlynx point is right behinf the crotch piece and thats so that i can take a pictur of him in one piece. thats also why you see my hand in the background suppiorting his backpack. ill send more and better pics in a while.

from loking at it here is what I would do.

1st:

Longer arms, sorry but his arms look stubby.

2nd

as for color I would say I'm looking at a transformer you would see plowing through snow so I would go with an artic color scheme. just by looking at it here is just an idea.

replace orange paint with white. (to match towline) the joint where the knee up (thigh) paint those light blue like towlines legs. from the knees down maybe like a chrome color? also give the arm top arm part (tan) make it that blue too. rest of the arm white? thats just a little idea.

this autobot leader i dub: omnicron prime

here is a link to my photobucket sub album with all the finalized mold pics

as for the colour scheme im thinking arctic also. but more like: arctic camouflage white with light blue camouflage marks.

ok, now for the bash info.

i allways used to love energon tow-line. i never knew why. then it struck me like lightning. the chest windows! all this time my unconsiousness had seen E tow-line as a potential optimus prime. so i thought: ok, a grille legs with wheels and loose the van vehicle mode. nope, wouldnt work.

and i am only 12 and i only own a few tfs but then i tried what any starting basher starts with. part swapping. nothing worked. until i thought: what if i were to take not only legs but also a waist. armada hoist filled that hole. and i had huge plans that all wouldnt work until i realized something. lots of things i tried actually would work. only because it wasnt painted yet and the colours didnt go well i rejected the ideas. then i tried some again and advertised the test mold a bit on some topics. after bucketloads of good feedback (3 posts!) i decided that it was the perfect occupation. so here i am making one really decent tf.

parts used:

E tow-lines main body

armada hoist completely from the waist down

E downshift's main body(the one that houses his powerlynx point and his legs)

armada primes grille (with lots of stuff sawed off to have only the grille left)

my best friend, my screwdriver.

ok. without further storys, heres the album

here it is

oh yes and hes got a little decepticon micromaster companion "zenktrah"
