but I see no need to get the Hasbro version too.

Only if your a collector, other wise one is more than enough. :thumb

you should say: only if you are a completist.

I am a collector, and only wish to collect one mp so far, for me it is convoy

They're both "worth the money", but not so much that I'd buy both.

If the question was: Which one gives you the most worth for the best value?

20th Prime, hands down. Stacks and cardboard ain't worth twenty bucks.

depends on wich is more redily available. I went with 20th ann. prime cuz he was at walmart for USD$65. since I don't have a credit card, I don't really buy from online stores.

but if some purty pics, and taller stacks are worth the extra cash, then get MPP.

Ultimately both figures are worth their going rate, though I was somewhat disapointed with the truck mode.

I got MP Prime, not plans on getting Takara's version. I'm happy with what I got, so I do believe it's worth it. Shortened stacks don't bother me one bit.

First BOTH are worth every penny you would pay for him. I went with the Hasbro version because of the battle damaged look and I'm going to be working on extending the smoke stacks so those were no biggie there. I'm just happy to have a real gem and collectors peice in 20th Anniversary Prime and for me it was 70 bucks well spent. But I agree with what some others have said here there is really no need to buy both. It just depends on what you can afford.
