close up pic of Shockblast

I'm somewhat torn with this guy:

The Good:

The robot sculpt shows good dynamic proportions for the most part and is a great homage to the G1 character. The head is especially nifty, seeming to have a Robotech influence. It looks like he features some good articulation as well.

The Bad:

The left arm is not only horribly proportioned compared with the rest of his body, but also looks very limited in terms of articulation. Also, the "tank" mode looks like an incoherent jumble of parts.

The Ugly:

The dark green of the left arm glares against the purple and neon of the rest of the toy.

But, that said, it's still a pretty cool looking toy. I might pick it up, depending on its cost.

Yup like the head but do not care of for the M on the chest. Would like to see a profile view of how big and misproportioned he might end up being. And yes I agree the alt mode looks weak. The jury is still deliberating.... :redface

personally i think this shockblast/shockwave (whatever they call it! hes named shockwave once he reaches my house) is a very nice modernization of shockwave. Also i am pretty sure that the giant cannon ho his left arm is detachable because i remember the toy having no weapons on both arms on the cover of toy fair recently.

anyone know what size Shockblast is going to be?

It just accured to me that the big "M" on his chest might mean Megatron, and that he is able to combine with Megs. Like take the place of that tank on his back or become another weapon for him. Pure speculation and a long shot to boot, but thought I would share.
