no what probably happened was the bought a skywarp steemed open the card put nemisis strika in ther resealed it (bent the hell out of the card during the process) and thought they could get away with it. i wouldnt trust him if Archer himself came to me personally and said yes that is a variant that went out, and handed me a certificate of authenticity for it

This looks more like a product sampler put on a test card.

it's a fake. the picture shows signs of the card being opened and resealed at the top of the bubble.
