Just out of curoiusity for anyone who's seen them together, can you tell the G1 80's starsream (or any figure for that matter) from the Takara reissues??

Shouldn't the date stamp on each figure be different? So Starscream should say something like "Takara, Hasbro 198x", and the reissue will probably say "Takara, 200x". I'm not positive since I haven't opened up any of my reissues yet.

some of the early reissues still have the 1984 stamp on them :roll

Best way to get their full worth is to sell em one at a time, or in small themed lots.

It will take longer that way of course, ....

Hey man, verse here. I would love to relieve you of your G1 combiners (stunticons, arialbots, etc.).

You can contact me via email at verse2damax@yahoo.com and we can discuss cost and payment. You can also send me some high res pics of the figures. Thanks in advance.

Interested in your pretenders, From the basics to the ultras, let me know what you have.

Cant wait to see the pics.

Hi guys,

Have been having problems posting the pictures. Might be due to the cack connection speed on this phone line but hopefully this one should get through. Just a pic of the wreckers including impactor with a bit of optical illusion to sort out the scale. Just to re-iterate to everyone that I'm really after an idea of how much the collection is worth in peoples opinions (pics will obviously make this easier) rather than actual sales at the moment anyway. Hopefully (!?) the pictures should post this time.

Yes, at last. Right, next up is a longshot of the big autobots. Will give more detailed ones of them later but this should suffice for now. By the way, please ignore all the star trek posters in the background of the previous pic. This just happens to be my old room in my parants house which has withstood the passage of time for the last 5 years or so since I've been at Univresity. Impactor for anyone who's interested was a custom I began ages ago which never quite got finished. That is until Prowl pants at custommasters.com put up pics of his custom impactor which was based on G2 hero megatron, as was mine. I did however copy the head as per his instructions on the website, but everything else was of my own creation and simply co-incidence that we both just so happened to be making one from the same model at the same time. Anyone who's interested I can explain how he was made. Didn't take much time or expense actually.

Looks like I can't post any more pics due to a lack of spaceedsignated to this area. Anyone else know what this means? Should I contact one of the guys and ask them for more space or maybe move this to collectors corner? Sounds like everyone's keen to see the pics so don't want to disappoint. Any suggestions?
