Beast Wars Alts

Recommended Posts

The reason i suggested a camo scheme was it fits in well with the REALISTIC jeep mode.I personally think tigerstripes look awfull on vehicles.

Waspinators cool but i really think you should tone down the green (it`s waaay to bright).

Unless Tigatron is a Safari vehicle, I say kill the tiger/zebra stripes and go for (snow)camouflage as jockeydenob mentions, it is more realistic.

The Tigatron idea sounds cool though not trying to be too critical but wasn't Tigatron and Cheetor the same mold just repainted, and didn't they have a more bot like face rather than beast like? I think it looks really good but I would go for a show accurate face and then give the jeep a white with green stripes paint job. In fact since you are using Hound you could just take some painters tape and cut it into stripes place them on there at varying angles going from front to back and then just paint the white over that. Then just let dry and peel the tape to reveal the stripes. Either that or paint the whole thing the color green you want and then let it dry and follow th instructions I just gave you. I think if you do it that way it should really turn out very nicely.

I decided to go toon instead of toy with the face. The nose just ended up being a little big and I didn't give him an actual mouth. The green of his face isn't an exact match, but its a bit closer in person. The flash in the pic brightened it up a bit. I figured I go with green instead of teal since I'm using hound. I was thinking about cutting a stencil, but laying down tape stripes is a much better idea. Practicing on something like a peice of cardboard would probably help me out too. Thanks for the tips.

I think I may have to make the neck a couple mm's longer too. Heh, my other jeep repaint is giving me similar problems.

Alright picture the final battle from Beast Machines.

*Spoiler Warning if you haven't seen it*

As Megs and primal plunge into the heart of cybertron, their sparks merge. During the energy release of the planet wide reformatting, the spark gets trasported back to the last golden age of cybertron. Sometime around the beginning of the binaltech/alternator program...

Ok, I know that's really a bit of a stretch. I wanted to throw my nemi head (thanks to stPrime's primal for that idea) on my ravage, but not actually repaint too much. After I finally got around to doing the neck swap, I started getting some ideas for modding his weapons. Paint still needs a bit of a touch up, but I think it turned out alright.

I give you alt scourge. (Still not sure on the name, tho nemesis primal would be cheesy)
