Another Blue Rumble Custom

Recommended Posts

Well, I think we have all seen a number of different Frenzy customs in the past couple of weeks. All of them have looked fantastic. So fantastic in fact, that I just had to make a blue version myself.

I've been out of kitbashing for so long (an entire year actually), that I figured, this would be a nice way of re-entering the hobby...nice and simple, red to blue...

My friend Superquad has been boosting my morale for some time, and finally I bring you my custom:

(Only one pic for now, as my camera died slightly afterwards...sorry!)

As you can see, I wanted a more "sporty" look...so I changed the color of the rims to differentiate him from Rumble. I also gave him the trademark of the custom tuner...the different colored spoiler!

More pics to come tomorrow!

Cool, I wish it was an actual blue color you see on a civic on the streets.

Well, I don't like the blue they are using on the new Civic Si's...I think its called Fiji Blue or something like that...and its a bit darker.

I tried to evoke the Electron Blue of the older '99 Civic Si's, cause my friend used to have one, and that was always one of the nicest blues I have ever seen...
