Most satisfying transformation

Recommended Posts

like transforming GI Joe: you can't.

Well, you sorta can.... just take a phillips head screwdriver and some bodies and be creative.... A little switching here and there with the Baroness and Shipwreck will be ready for a night out at the Blue Oyster.... lol :eek

So this is your "most satisfying transformation"? :tflaugh

lol, no, more like most amusing transformation ;)

I probably transform Armada Unicron the most, gotta do that one daily at work from planet to robot and back because he won't fit in the lock-up shelf in robot mode, I've managed to get the transformation down to about 2 minutes. Probably the most satisfying would be getting Alt. Smokescreen transformed right on the first attempt without any readjusting of parts though.

I have to say the train brothers from R.i.D. as well as anything from R.i.D. or Beast Wars

At work? You bastard! (Well, I suppose I *could* bring my 20th Prime to work, but then the cleaning people's kids would probably break him.)

Beast Wars Transmetals 2 Tigerhawk, I can continually transform him over and over. Plus he's one of the few big transformers I own.

lol, that's why I put 'em all under lock&key before I leave work, the only ones I leave out are the HoC figures and the generic combiners.

Toss up between G1 MIRAGE & G1 SIDESWIPE/RED-alert...They change quickly and easily (like the SpyChangers). Most TFs have that 'Rubik's Cube' puzzle feel to me. Part of the enjoyment was Changing 1 cool toy into another....

What makes a transformation satisfying?

To me one of the most satisfying things is when a transformation is almost too complex, but, but, but, but... if while transforming the figure parts keep coming off (like Unicron's wings if I'm not extra careful) that is not satisfying.

This makes the alternators and 20th prime my most satisfying transformations. That plus it is satisfying for a realistic figure to change into a realistic vehicle.

I've always enjoyed building the gestalts, ranging from Omega Prime to Devastator. My favorite gestalt combination, of those i've gotten my hands on, is Predaking.

I've only created him once. My friend from home and i each have a few of the predacons, but not a complete set. Well, we got together once and built the SOB. He is HUGE. I felt a sting of pride for "bringing him to life", so to speak. I'm still monitoring Ebay for the rest of the Predacons. I only need a complete Divebomb and a complete Razorclaw. So far, i've not been able to win any auctions for them, when they pop up that is.

SOOOO...Big gestalt combiners=satisfying transformations :tfgrin

:ab

I still haven't transformed my 20th Prime yet. A foot came off once and I had a stroke/annuerism so I have left it in peace.

Yeah Topspin and Twintwist. Did you ever have a spastic one? One that would flip up and fall on its ass. Man that's funny. :tflaugh :tflaugh

1) Alternators & 20A Optimus Prime. Fun transformations.

2) G2 Afterburn and G1 Warpath... I know exactly how Afterburn is built (I've taken him completely apart. Fun fun!) and Warpath's transformation is down to one fluid motion for me.
