I never had that problem. I always get my stuff at the max one and a half week after they were released in Japan.

hlj's shipping works like this:

 

if you place 1 huge order for everything you want they will not ship until they have obtained everything or 2 months have passed. Whichever comes first.

 

However, if you place many small orders and they each have a different order number then they will ship each item to you individually (so shipping costs much more). I learned the hard way, however, their service is very good so I order lots from them.

I've had a problem with getting my pre-order twice when they less in of a given item than what they took pre-orders for.
