...that Megatron will look anything like this? My guess is that he probably will have nasty gaps in him once transformed. I'll be getting him even so via my contact on ebay.

 

Also why does the illustration look cooler? I noticed that with SS too, hmmmmm.

What worries me more is the presence of that stand in all of the pictures we've ever seen of him. IMHO, it isn't much of a Masterpiece if it can't stand on its own, and hold some reasonable poses while it does.

You never know, especially if it were to be a highly articulated, Masterpiece style tank Megatron.

 

 

As for Starscream, his stand is there so that he can be posed as flying/hovering. He can stand on his own feet, although won't pose him like that out of fear of breakage.

That's ANOTHER problem. MP Megs better be made out of sturdier plastic than MP Starscream. I never bought MP screamer due to all of the complaints I heard about plastic quality and breakage (not to mention the blatant non-Starscreamer-ish design).

if you guys think i'm not aware of how lame a gun transformer is, you are wrong. However, I am a fan of the character and I like this particular version of that character and I didn't grow up with G2, so go hug your purple tank or something :tflaugh
