Custom G1 Box

Here's a cliffjumper cardback I made. The front is from scratch and the back is from a scanned cardback with a little restoration. Not printed them out yet. I've got a bubble from a robocar cliffjumper which i'll use to recard it.

I know the cliffjumper image is a bit ropey around the edges but it's the best I could find. Also, I think there are a few minor adjustments but i'm happy with it.

I'll post the back later, having problems.

I'm going to be doing quite a few more in the future, including the cassettes.

Anyone ever used Xerox Colotech gloss paper? (A bit expensive.)

My actual question is, is this just glossy/photo paper, or does it come closer to TF box gloss...

Other questions: what's the best method to stick the printed paper on card homogeneously? And as an alternative, do you like gloss spray?

Bumping this topic since I'm interested in making a G1 Japanese Shockwave box.

Sureshot, how did you end up making that plastic insert for Shockwave?

Is there a box making service you can email images to make boxes? Does anybody know?

Hey guys! I'm new here, but I'm not shy, so I'll just jump on in if you don't mind ;)

I made a kitbash of a RID Spychanger W.A.R.S. and turned him into decpticon spychanger R.A.W., and now I want to make a custom box for the little guy. I tried making a box manually out of thick paper and the box design itself is great, but do you have any tips on how to make the boxart on my computer and then print it? I'm not very good at using photoshop, so now I have a chance to learn ;) Is there a way to make a pictures that's exactly to scale with the actual box?
