I keep saying this. I bet we get A/E/C redecos. So maybe we'll get a Shockblast to Shockwave repaint. Hasbro does own the Trademark name again.

 

I hope not. I'd like to see a Classics Shockwave, but only in the form of a new mold. I liked E. Shockblast, but his altmodes were a little bit too WTF-ish for me - kinda like C. Metroplex's altmode.

We have two Voyager Autobots, and four Dlx Autobots against one Voyager Decepticons and two Dlx Decepticons. Then when Ramjet and Cliffjumper and the Ultra Magnus vs. Skywarp two pack, we have two more to each side, which results in 8 Autobots vs. 6 Decepticons.

 

Then again, most of the time, the Autobots outnumber the Decepticons by a few characters.

 

As for figures I'd like to see at the Voyager size:

Sixshot

Shockwave

a NEW Soundwave

and if they make a new Galvatron, a Rodimus Prime to fight him.

 

Other Dlxs that need to be released include repaints of the two Seeker variants into Thundercracker, Dirge and Thrust (though to be good Dirge and Thrust figures, they'd need some remolds on the wings).

Until everyone realizes that this Devvy just stands there and doesn't do anything, much like he did in Energon.

Well you know Cl Devastator is supposed to be Voyager class I think. Actually all 5 combined is closer to Ultra maybe leader class. I'm working on turning E Bruticus into my own Classic Bruticus right now and he is so tall Megs comes up just above his waist. I can't wait to get the Cl Dev gift set and give him more construction options. One of the bulldozers will become a dump truck, and one of the crains will get their arm changed from a crain to a cement mixer barrel.

I wouldn't mind seeing a G1 repaint of Dark Skorponok.

it's really shame, at least imo, to see this line end. i hadn't collected transformers since i was 8 years old and generation 1 was the only 1- that is, until the alternators came. i thought the end of that line was it for me- but the classic hooked me quick. as a more nostalgic collector, i think hasbro lost a sub-market consumer base. /shrug. oh well.

Too bad Hasbro won't do what I'm doing to the E. Bruticus I have if they rerelease him. I switched out the orange chopper for E. Treadshot so now I have all five of them pretty much G1'ed aside from some face plates and repainting and such.

 

So far this is what I have done on him. I have a G1 Bruticus chest on the way so when it gets here I'll be around 85% done. Sorry to you guys who frequent the kitbash section but I just wanted to show off the idea I'm working on.
