why not just cover the front with styrene and paint

That would actually be more work than just taking him apart and putting him back together again wouldn't it?

it takes longer but all you're doing is cutting, glueing, and painting.

But that just seems like a strange way to go about things when you can just flip and swap parts. :tfevil

I know what you mean... I actually haven't seen him at retail yet... I won this guy off ebay a month or two ago.

 

When I do see him at a retail store I plan on at least getting two more... one to display unmodified and one to keep MISB because I love everything Grimlock :D

I had no idea that I was breaking any kind rule by posting in a old thread... I haven't posted a custom in a very long time.

Sorry, for the confusion guys. Its not a rule so much as us trying to better organize things so you're stuff will get showcased and listed properly with all the other customs - since not everyone looks at the forums.

 

All you need to do is make a gallery and upload the images. From there a new topic will be created just for it, your custom will be featured here in the Garage and you'll be added to mechanics list. Please give it a chance. It is for a really good cause - YOU. :D
