Heat-rub stickers

Recommended Posts

A while back I was asking about heat-rub srickers and somebody gave me a website where you can buy them, only I've lost it. Can anybody give me that site? Also, has anybody bought them? Where they alright?

I just really feel that the Alternators and 20th Prime need heat-rub stickers, especially prime. He needs one on his roof over the place where you can see the pin for his head.

I think I might be a bit obssesive-compulsive, like Monk.

Thanks man, that's what I wanted. Still curious to know if anybody's used them.

I've used reprolabels before!! I bought a Superion stickersheet, and it was pre-cut too! Unfortunately, I have not tried their rub stickers myself, but all their others have been of superb quality.

I've use reprolabels all the time too and I have used their heat rub stickers they are great, but they need to be cut from the extra bits of the strip they are on

I think I can handle that. I may just get some then. 20th Prime will finally be an 'authentic' transformer. (Well, that's what those stickers meant when I was a kid!)

the heat-rub stickers I got from reprolabels worked great but they were a bit on the thin side. I laminated them with some heavy-gauge clear packing tape and they looked perfect after that.

Sounds good, but do they still work?

Hey... this thread reminded me of a question I have.

I've got a Beast Wars TM Megatron... one of my favorite figures. Problem is, I was displaying him on my desk... under a lamp that's actually pretty hot. I wasn't thinking, I guess... anyway, his rub sticker seems to have something weird going on. It's not black, more of a tan... and you can definitely see the Predacon logo wtihout touching it... but if you do rub it, it turns greenish-blue.

Would, say, sticking him in the fridge overnight... could that change the sticker back? And could it hurt Megs if I tried it?

Should work just fine. The real ones are covered in a fairly thick piece of plastic, after all.
