I took apart a classix starscream prepping to make thundercracker, but I didn't have the correct paint, so i made sunstorm.

 

and I liked mirage, but i didn't like the kibble on top.... so i made a change to where the part in question could be removed and "snapped" onto the post that it came off of... it's nice and secure too... just like i planned

Nice job on both. I like what you did with Mirage: Although I have no complaints about the figure, the repositioning of the kibble does a great job of adding "heft" to the teeny waist.

yea, i didn't like the anorexic (spelling?) look either... that combined with a top-heavy looking kibble forced me to take drastic measures.

REally nice man. I never liked Sunstorm as a character, but your figure is awesome

I like the kibble where it was, and the Sunstorm doesn't look as good to me as most of your repaints usually do. The paint seems thick in places (which may be unavoidable) and the color scheme is just...bland.

I think Sunstorm could use a bit more white or another wamr colro to break up all the orange, but other than that...NICE JOB!

EDIT: I think it's the wings and "shoulder spikes" that need more white or yellow.

 

 

Mirage is neat...good job there.

try putting gold where the red on starscream was. that might work
