I know some of the later year toys are harder to find, like the small pretenders, but i was wondering on the powermaster toys from Year 5. Ive been searching ebay alot and see that the Autobot PM's are cheaper and easier to come by, but when i see the 2 Decipticon PM Jets they go for insane amount of cash. Is there a reason why they command such high prices? Where they that underproduced in the day? The cheapest ive seen them go for is 110 dollars a piece.

 

So should i expect to pay these prices or are people asking too much?

I managed to hold onto the F-14 esque purple/black guy and all his stuff, but cannot find a (remotely) cheap F-16 white dude to go with him.

Indeed. I bought them a few years ago for $25-$30...with guns but no powermasters. They weren't insane back then compared to now. I regret freaking selling them :redface

Well, Fiznuckle, that sucks ass then. Recently ive seen both paired together 100% complete with a BIN of 400. But Blot if i'm gonna spend 400 on TF's i'll either buy a 100% Monstructor or a bunch of AM and Mini-bots that i still need, or hell a Liokaiser. Yup I'm a G1 Purist and also want some of the Japense exclusives too, i think the cassetted will be last since they are friggin insane...c'mon 700 for a cassete that turns into a t-rex is insane.

Yeah, getting them in decent shape and complete is not easy to come by and when they are they fetch high dollars
