Doesn't sound like anything outstanding to me, if FedEx lost the package all Joel needed to do was file a claim with them and get all of his money back.

Even though I got MP Prime at a cheaper price I'm still going to order from these guys. I like the fact that they carry alot of Takara TF at a reasonable price.

Only bad thing about them is what they want for a big convoy. I never ordered, but I have a friend who did. He liked it.

i order from their site all the time, and joel doesnt give you a hard time when canceling orders either. what are you trying to order from their site?

Just got a reissue takara tracks, arrived pretty fast for being overseas, three weeks or so

What I like about BBTS is that you can choose to buy the standard grade, or sub-standard grade for MISB collectors like myself. When you buy through another site, like for instance toynk.com (I'm not bashing them, I order from Steve all the time), you can't be sure how the boxes will be. I've had some torn boxes, dinged boxes, and creased boxes which I didn't expect.
