They own all the molds equally now. I think besides KISS, hasbro can take any mold they want and do what they want to it. Plus, hasbro did designs before takara did the engineering.

This saddens me. Grand Moff Tarkin deserves to be the Death Star. on the whole to scale thing... the Death Star's diameter was 9600 times the length of a tie fighter, so the diameter of a scaled death star would be about the length of 63 football fields. I have now geeked out way too much. I think I'm gonna go take a cold shower and cry.

actually, at the con, Hasbro stated that it had access to everything that takara has, so it is possible, but lame

I knew that when I read it... I guess my humor was more poor than yours.

Poor Tarkin. I admit, his terrifying facial structure would translate well to a TF...but you know they're gonna make the Death Star into Palpatine. Vader would likely be the Executor.

 

Is anyone else hoping that somewhere down the line they actually introduce Transformer characters into this line, instead of "(insert character name) mechs"? When I heard about this line, that's exactly what I expected. And nobody here can tell me that a hairy chewbacca mech is NOT cheesy. I can just envision all of his transform mechanisms getting clogged with fur and parasites.
