“Windcharger: Return To Sender

Y'know, a lot of the original TFs' special abilities were sadly underexploited back in the day. And Windcharger was no exception. (Well, except the Find Your Fate book where turning to the wrong page made 'Charger accidentally TEAR THE DINOBOTS TO SHREDS IN A MAGNETIC STORM. But besides that.)

Anyway. Comments, critiques, etc.?

Dude, Windcharger actually looks like a bad a$$ in that pic. Way to go :thumb

Excellent pic! I love this character! And I agree, their "superpowers" were never really used. The only time I remember Windcharger using his was in the first Annual, when he plucked Prime out form under rubble on Cybertron.

You would think that in a race of metal beings, a guy with magnetic powers would be more of a threat!

His magnetic powers were featured in that ep where the Autobots disguise themselves as the Stunticons, so that the five 'bots could actually combine into Menasaur. The connection was pretty weak, though, and when put up against the real Menasaur, they pretty much got their asses handed to them.

Thank you for the comments! I really appreciate feedback.

Also, there was "The Ultimate Doom." In one instance, 'Charger pulled Bumblebee out of a crevasse. And in another, a bunch of 'Bots were in car mode, driving through heavy rain, and Windcharger was magnetically hitched to somebody's bumper (Jazz, maybe?).

The Menasor trick was really the most creative use of his powers; credit has to be given there. But yeah, like Warewullf said, the dude should've been WAY more dangerous. Magnetic powers! In a metallic race! He should've been God.

Great pic, made even better by the subject matter! Windcharger rules, hands down. He doesn't get enough credit. Awesome job!
