Here is a custom Shockwave I made about 3 months ago, some of you might have seen him already at Transtopia. For those who hasn't enjoy.

Wow, he's awesome. How did you make him so well? From what? Gundam parts or from another TF? I'm foreign to the kitbashing world. So fill me in. :tfgrin

Upper legs and kneejoints = Gundam

 

Neck = Bionicle

 

Arms, Elbows: His upepr arms and elbows seem to be of the same construction as Megatron, who uses Gunam parts in those areas.

 

Hands: Don't reckognize the hands, but Shockwave's right hand is the same as Megatron and Soundwave, so one can only deduce they they are from the same line of products. They aren't Gundam, that is for sure, because those hands are formed differently.

 

Chest: The chests seem to be standardized as well, since all of them have the shoulder-joints at the exact same place. Where they come from, I don't know either.

 

Frenzy/Rumble: arms, legs, hands, crotch, (chest and neck probaly as well): all Gundam.

The custom is scratch built using Styrene plastic and Apoxie Sculpt.

The Gundam parts are the hands, thighs, biceps, and all the joints

except for the neck which is indeed a Bionicle joints.

Just wished I had more time on my hands to do this kind of stuff. :redface

I love this custom more than I can put into words. I don't care at all that he doesn't transform. AWESOME rendition of one of my all time favorite TFs. I'd spend more than I can afford on something like this in a heartbeat.
