WTF is up with the rating of "Early Childhood". According to them that means suitable for ages 3 and up.

 

How are Soundwave, Lazerbeak and Ravage suitable for 3 year olds? Ravage's missles alone are a major choking hazard. What are they smoking?

 

As for the figure itself... I want it. I always wanted him, but my parents gave my brother Soundwave and me Megatron (I know, I have no reason to complain about that.) And when my brother got 'too old', he gave all his transformers (including Soundwave and Jetfire with all armor) to my annoying cousins just to tick me off. But I digress.
