well, here goes. remember that guy who traded stuff starting with a red paper clip and and kept trading stuff until he got a house? i'm going to try something similar, but i'm starting bigger and ending smaller. to get me started, i am putting up my extra alternator nemesis prime, MISP, and i'm going to try to see just how far i can go.

 

i do realize that actually trading for the bike will be difficult, if i actually come up with something worth the bike i probably won't be able to trade it off of a dealer, and the zx14 only came out a few months ago.

 

but i need to get there first. so, my MISP NP is up for grabs. i will trade it for *something* that is theoreticaly worth more. this can be anything, tf-related or not. also keep in mind that i am a machinist, if someone has something that isn't working right but i know i can fix i may consider that.

 

as i try to do this, i'll keep this thread updated so you guys can see any progress i make and also so y'all can participate. i'll also have to use craigslist, other forums, ect. and if i actually pull this off, you will be the first ones to know.

 

if i fail or just give up, then i'm sure INH will be the first to know, lol.

 

so without further ado- i'll take offers on NP until thursday, 8-17-06. post in this thread to keep me on the first page, and PM me offers.

On to phase two! now on the block is an UNPAINTED TEST SHOT/PROTOTYPE ALTERNATOR SKIDS!

remember, offers have to be a "trade up" somehow, and offers DO NOT have to be transformers.

thanks for the support, guys. i went out and bought all my riding gear today so i can take the MSF course hopefully next weekend. once i do that, i'll have my M-class liscense and then i just have to obtain a bike.

 

speaking of that, i was looking at my transformer collection today and i was thinking "you know, if i sold all these, i could just flat out buy a sport bike...."

I've got a MIB (box was never factory sealed) Botcon 2004 Megazarak, and a Simon Furman autographed War Within first issue comic I'll trade, and I can throw in a bunch of other TF comics, many opened but fairly minty Hasbro G1 reissues, a bunch of loose A-E-C bots, and/or my pre-production unpainted Alternator Skids test shot (black and clear) to sweeten the deal. :thumb I really want a Nemesis Prime for my girlfriend, because she drives a Black Dodge Dakota, and NP is the closest I think she'll ever get to a Transformer version of her truck, and she absolutely loves her truck, and she also likes TFs as well. (For the record, I'd like to think I should get special consideration since I want NP more for my GF than for me... :schin )
