Got in my Nemesis Prime in the mail today and it is a great figure.

 

However I cannot get him back in car mode. The windshield and hood are the probems and I cannot solve that.

 

Does anyone have a solution?

try pushing in on his shoulders. thats where i had problems, after that everything lined up, also make sure his wheels are snapped into position on the fenders (theres a small tab on the fenders that goes in a small hole on the wheels). dunno what to tell ya bout the windshield though i never had problems there

Either I am not doing so correctly or it does not work but I still cannot get mine back in car mode properly.

Honestly, keep fiddling with the shoulder joints and the arms. Even when the black part of the door is flush against the truck (ie the peg inserted fully) you can still push on the elbow joint and shoulder to make slight shifts in how things line up. It happens to me every time I transform Prime. If it's not exactly right, the front part of the windshield sticks up too high and the hood wont close right. I promise that's where the problem is, just keep fiddling.

Managed to push in the shoulders as you said and it worked.

Seems to be a very common problem. It isn't a very natural transformation so it takes some getting used to. It took me a very frustrated 30 minutes to figure out how to properly transform him back into alt mode. Gotta make sure those shoulders are all the way pushed in.

Why cant they all be easy like Meister and Windcharger?
