Here's a work in progress shot of my latest repaint. The Cybertron Runamuck head was such a good reincarnation of the G1 battlecharger that I thought I'd go ahead and try to make him. Plus, like I said, I had a lot of Krylon Fusion white left over and 3 Subarus just sitting there. I still have a lot of cleanup to do, and I'm experimenting with tinting the windows black. I plan on adding some sort of gold pattern to him in alt mode too. Let me know what you think.

Since I had extra Subaru guns laying around, I found that if you saw one of the pegs off of the handle, it will fit into this little rectangular slot in his shoulder. Since the toy held the gun on his shoulder, maybe you should try that for even more homage-action.

and i hate the gold with white... just my opinion.

tis the cyb head i do believe.

 

and i like the gold and white because i think silver and white do not have enough contrast. if you do run about, you should use the gold again.

Wow, this is really nice! Could you post some alt mode photos?

 

I think my only complaint would be the arm decals. While nicely executed, they just seem a bit out of place to me. Other than that, I REALLY like this piece!
