Here's a simple idea for Universe that could be easily done:

1. A third recolor of Unicron in Universe colors.

2. A retooling of Unicron into Primus

3. Rerelease any of the G1 combiners with a new paint scheme. We could use G1 Superion and paint it black, gray and purple...Universe Sixwing.

I highly doubt unfortunately that HasTak is gonna re-release Unicron in the Universe line.... If anything, they make take overstock and repackage pre-existing Unicrons in Universe packaging, like they did with Armada Uni when Energon came out. I also highly doubt Primus will be released in toy form UNLESS a cost-effective way to remold and market the BW Neo Uni is found. As for the G1 combiners, I doubt we'll ever see any of the originals ever again, however, we are getting the opposites by having the Micromaster combiners remarketed in Universe, we've already got SixTurbo being released as Defensor, we'll likely get Sixwing released as Superion with the missing Protectobot Blades being the helicopter, and if all goes well, we'll get SixBuilder released as Devastator from the green chase version.

 

As far as Emirate Xaaron being made into a figure... I just plain hope not.... especially giving him the G2 Megs body.... That'd be like Wheelie becoming a Prime... and we just don't want that.... lol. Thunderwing from Skyblast might be reasonable, but I think King Atlas would've been a better choice for that judging from the original toy and comic character, but they already released the mold as an Autobot, and due to the price point I doubt they'd release another recolor anytime soon. But I digress a little... if we're gonna start getting some G2 repaints in the Universe line, why the heck not just release the G2 Megs as... MEGATRON! Universe doesn't have a Mega or Galvatron yet, but already got Primal and technically two Optimus Prime's (Spychanger and regular) so far. And since the Universe story revolves around Unicron pitting the Transformers against each other, who better than the Transformer history's ultimate gladiator himself? And I still firmly believe in the Sideburn remold as Rodimus.... HasTak already has all of the parts between Sideburn and MegaSCF Rodimus Convoy, and since the Universe story stems from the BotCon Wreckers story, Rodimus is already a part of it, and the Sideburn mold is already hot-rodded to be able to live up to the name. But that's my opinion (personally I'd rather see Rodi as a hot-rodded custom C6 'vette than a viper, but Universe is a remold/recolor line). Just my two-cents worth.

I've been ranting about that for months. Sadly, it looks like Wheeljacks mold is being used as a homage to G2 Drench...but I wouldn't put it above Hasbro to use the mold again. They used RID Prowls mold twice in Universe, so there is a (very slight)possibility...

they've done a Big Convoy repaint, now we need a Lio Convoy repaint.
