Is it just me, or did the errors in the cartton really get bad with Season 3? Seasons 1 and 2 had plenty of voice errors, but Season 3 topped them all. I mean how many animators does it take to figure out that Long Haul is green! Not blue and orange! Also, how many times were the Aerialbots traitors? I saw Skydive or Airraid fighting with the Decepticons so many times just in the Five Faces of Darkness series alone. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the time in Carnage in C-Minor that Brawn is fighting with the Constructicons.

 

Man, the worst is the Unidentifiable Bots. The ones that are 2 or 3 different Transformers put together. I paused one of the Episodes from Season 3 and I saw about 3 different Transformers merged into 1! I think the animators got lazy and swept up the floor for things to use and pieced them together.

C'mon what do you all think?

 

Skydive...what a traitor!

Well they had a lot of the same in the earlier seasons too... Autobots would transform backwards (everyone in car mode, tf to robot mode, and for some reason Ironhide is in robot mode tf into a van). Have the time there's a "seeker" on screen it just because the didn't paint Starscream the right color. You get conversations with three different TF's and its because Ratchet is talking through Sideswipe's body or something like that.

 

I just take the good with the bad. I've gotten to the point that i have more fun finding some of the mistakes now than I did as a kid just watching the show.

This was all due to a particular animation company that 1) did most of the S3 episodes, and 2) sucked ASS!!!!!! The other episodes were fine.

BTW, of the pre-TF:TM episodes, it was mainly the S1 episodes that had problems. S2 was much better done overall.

Yeah, I think its really funny sometimes though. Like when Devastator and Soundwave are the same height. Or my favorite is in The Return of Optimus Prime Part 1, when Swnidle is just chillin' out with the protectobots at that hospital.

I also like how Hot Spot has his gun out, in a hospital. Maybe he's about to attack Swindle. :tflaugh

Not only were there errors with color and painting but there were errors with storylines as well. Remember the episode where the constructicons were talking to Omega Supreme reminiscing about the old days of cybertron. When in fact the constructicons were created on earth. they had never been on cybertron.
