Super Lazy Bastard Customs

Recommended Posts

As the name implies, there is no painting involved. Mainly, I got my Nemesis Prime from a friend who picked it up for me at SDCC and I had planned on ordering another to KB for real while the other remained in a plastic prison in the closet out of sight. Basically I would only keep a spare because its kid of rare. I actually loathe the whole concept of all of these NemPrimes. It was cool the first time in RiD, but after that...

Anyway I digress. Because I didn't get an extra, I was loathe to either cut or paint into him, so I decided to do something that wouldn't hurt any of his parts. If you look at the original Trailbreaker, you know he has red highlights on his legs and in many pictures, has a kind of tealish highlight on his arms. I actually ended up inverting this due to the colourings on Alt Prime as you will see in the pics. The Rollbar head doesn't fit at all so I went to town with some putty. I plan on taking a cast of the head and filling it in later (for your casting needs, see my sig.) I slightly modified Prime's gun so it would fit in the screwhole, because in the toon, he had the one thing out of the back of his head, and another doo-hickey to the right.

Afterwards, for Blots and grins, I put the Nem head on Camshaft, because Camshaft's head was always black and slightly Prime like. Its just kind of sitting there until I make something. Then, I put Camshaft's head on my decapitated Rollbar, because he had a yellow face and hrons on the orignal toy. Now the circle is complete.

Enjoy the fruits of my labour of love while watching ONE episode of Twin Peaks.
