As u can see in the pics... u need the bicep parts from one of the Viper Brothers. Cut off the area wich holds the elbow joint, making this are as flat as possible. Then using whatever tool you use to work with, cut the slot as shown on top and a small one on the bottom....this allows the arms to slide off and on (yes its a parts former...so what) then just simply glue it on right over the pin on the back of the arm, you DO NOT have to modify the diameter of the hole...it is a perfect size...if you ever plan on transforming back to car mode you will need to make the same type of cut in WC original shoulder location...this can be clearly seen in the full frontal shot of the Alt in the linky above.
