The only way to attain G1 show accuracy (barring significant advances in nanotechnology in toys) is to take the Action Master route. I LOVERS to my PVCs... they are more immediately nostalgia-inducing than just about anything else TF-related that I own.

G1 Scourge & Rodimus ARE AWESOME!!!

I dig RID Prime and BW Optimal Optimus too.

 

WWI Starscream does look a bit bland, but I think that's just cause the white parts are missing the black ink wash that would help accentuate him.

 

Soundwave looks a bit mis-transformed to me. I was hoping for WWI Soundwave, but we'll see. Just depends on the final looks and when i see him in person.

i think were asking a bit much from hasbro now if this was a takaratomy product i can see why people would be so pissed since their stuff is often far better (e.g. the THS convoys) but thier price tag is often twice as much. so you do get what you payed for quality wise

Well, rodimus has an ULTRA BADASS BEST VEHICLE MODE OF ALL PowerglideING TIME BETTER THAN ANY TF THAT WILL EVER BE MADE, the robot mode just Powerglideing sucks.

Still will be getting WW Prime, but all the others currently don't interest me at all. Most of them look rather bland IMO. Furthermore I'm getting so fed up with rehashing the old stuff. Rather see new designs.

 

Also, I'm a big Primal fan, but taht Op-Op  :tdown

 

The only one of these new figs that holds some interest for me is Rodimus, because the original was horrible and this one is definite improvement.

 

But probably won't buy any of these figs.

They're clear enough for me. the molds re just ugly. WTF is up with Op Op's arms, for example.
