My custom alts

Recommended Posts

Here are the 3 alts that Ive done a little work on. Hope you enjoy these. First up, is alt Outrider. All Ive done so far is fill the ribs on his forearms with putty, and paint them and his crotch black, getting rid of all that crappy metallic beige. Then I removed his spare tire, Im thinking of adding a minicon peg for A. Highwire since that'd fit with the alt mode. I got that sword off some KO, but its a place holder till I get that clear starsaber and shoulder rocket. Still have a ways to go before Im done with this guy.  I want to add slightly bigger but much more gnarly tires, rims that actually look good, change out the front bumper to something more pre-runner like, add some paint detail all over him including tribal style tattoos on his arms, add a litebar and maybe mod the rear rollbar to be the old school triangular shape.  Im also thinking Im going to add a blower to the hood and make it so the scoop swings forward so that in robot mode, it'll be an overhead scanner like trailbreaker had.

Here is alt Rocksteady. Obviously, its Windcharger without his visor, and the second pic is my take on what to make of his weapon. I added a little piece where the barrel should have been, chopped out a little from the engine detail to make it more guitar-shaped and added a small guitar from a hotwheels car (it was a wierd looking one).  He's meant to be an autobot rockstar, and Im still working on a backstory to justify why his weapon/instrument is an alien piece with an earth guitar strapped on...

Here's alt Gunslinger. This was originally going to be Outrider, since it looks so much like my own jeep, but then when Rollbar came out I decided I liked the orange better for my character.  I painted swindle's visor orange and all the purple crotch parts black, gave him rollbars pistol and here ya go.  Kind of a cowboy/trickshot artist kind of character.
