bootlegs

jprime do.

not me, i hate them with a passion

I find bootlegs intresting.  Getting differen't verisons and colors of toys are great, but bad quailty bootlegs suck.

thats the bad thing about me and bootlegs i waste money on them even though they are going to break right after i get them

I've only got the recent Prime and tape sets, and have a Beachcomber incoming. Wouldn;t mind some of those Chinese releases they are discussing on the auction forum.

Usually the quality of a BL is crap.  I only have a few in my collection, waiting to be replaced by the real thing.  They are notated as such in my collection.

The only bootleg worth keeping is my chinese Primal miniclone.  He's roughly the size of RM Primal, and he comes with the mutant face, the two swords and the mace (though I had to provide the string, it was just the knocky thingy and the handle).

I painted him, because his head was all white (hey it's Magnus Primal!! :) )

heh, i'll post pics soon.

i do for kitbashing. we should see more kos as movie hype grows :clap

I bought a bunch when I was starting to build my collection.  not so much anymore.

I did but stopped collecting them about a month ago. That is why I mainly have KOs on Tfieds. I eventually found them to be a hinderance to getting REAL Transformers. I'm not going to be able to get them all as it is, but if I included bootlegs, I would REALLY not be able to get them all.

for me bootlegs have become as much fun as the true toys. sure, some are overly easy to get, but some are very very very rare, and hunting down all of them adds spice to my shelves, and also is nice and easy on the wallet.
