Do I have this right?

21- Optimus

22 - Mirage

23 - Camshaft

24 - Nemesis Prime

25 - Rumble (or mustang repaint)

nemesis prime has been labeled an exclusive now. so maybe he isnt in the regular lineup anymore.

Nope, he's still #24.  And that's what is pissing everyone off.  The fact that they would number an exclusive that relatively very few US collectors are going to be able to get, let alone Canadian or any other foreign collectors, is absolute crap.  BUT...they are going to sell the leftovers at the Hasbro Toy Shop...which only ships to the US.  Way to go Hasbro!!!

Anybody have an idea as to when the "extras" might be available?  I'm sure after the con, but how long do you think it would take hasbro to make a ploy for our cash?

you mean the lightsaber/missle launcher sets?  They're on ebay now.  I don't think Hasbro will ever release them because they aren't official products.

I'm pretty sure he means the extra Nemisis Primes.  If hasbro is only making enough for SDCC, I would expect there won't be any "extras"  as these are going to be very popular (I would estimate them to be one of the most popular SDCC TF giveaways ever).  The real question is how many of these is Hasbro going to make?  less than Tracks first release?  Less than Swerves first release?  Less than Meisters first release?  Less than bluestreaks first release :-)  ?  Hopefully a ton of them and prices won't get too crazy.

Amen, Brother.  Amen.  There has not been any info given to the best of my knowledge about when Hasbro Toy Shop will get any leftovers, or if they are indeed leftovers at all.  They may be simply another batch that Hasbro will release to the non-convention-attending population of TF fans.  God I hope so, because a) I REALLY want that Nemesis Prime, and b) I REALLY DON'T want a hole in my Outback-retentive numbering sequence.  That would be a pisser.

Matt

Just picked up Toyfare magazine #108. In the "Incoming" section, they say that Alternator Nemesis Prime, the 501st Stormtrooper and the titanium TIE fighter will all be available at HASBROTOYSHOP.COM after SDCC is over. Great news if true.

better news would be having Binaltech's lineup catching up
