Mine did exactly the same thing, all I did was put a bit of super glue on the joint before putting it back in the socket

but in order for it to stick doesnt the leg have to be atached?

Depends what you're trying to do.  I'm not familiar with the inner working of Prime's leg attachment.  If you're letting it dry before assembly, you're just trying to increase the friction of the connection, so that it holds on better, but still has the capability of being detached.  If you connect the parts before the glue is set, you're looking at a more permanent bond.

No stuck it in there good and proper lol, and and it doesn't affect anything at all.  The ratchet's on the leg part so when its glued in it can still rotate no problem

one of the legs popped off mine once last month, i put it in where it came out and made sure the joint that connects the leg to the hip twisted so it was secure.

i have never had the torso come away though it should be possible it will go in because it might be where it was put together.

i'm quite proud of the fact i have had one of the nondefective 20th primes, the vents are fine and everything. i dare not transform him though just in cse something retarded happens again

Sometimes the leg vents jam if you apply to much force to the mechanism, in which case, you just open up the legs and realign the mechanism.  A little tricky, with all the little parts, but far from impossible.
