Zoids and Transformers are different toys and I'm not too confident with merging the two. Homages though would be awesome. I've noticed that a couple of Zoids are colored and look like Zoid-ized versions of BW Optimus and Megatron.

Well SWTF were not so good because they didn't bothered to make actual different robot head designs for them.  I think their popularity might be greater if they had robot head that has 'homage' to their respective pilots

 

Most Zoids doesn't have a designated pilot (ok at least in the old school days), so they're free to design whatever heads they want.  Frankly, I wouldn't mind see a Zoids cross Transformers line, but I actually would rather see a Transforming Zoids line before that, since that will mean more new head designs.  IMO, homeage isn't everything. 

Well...to be fair, the old Z-Builders/Blox Zoids kits were pretty low quality. Look at them wrong, and they would fall apart(At least, a majority of mine did.)

 

but the motorized model kits were fine quality.

You mean like teams? Technically not, but there are comperable Zoids for each of them, and MAYBE a comperable combiner team(considering the Blox system)

I mean if there's a tyranosaurus zoid, triceratops zoid, lion zoid etc.. same animal mode like the dinobots and predacons

Yes, yes there are Zoids like that. I'm too lazy to fetch pics of them tho.

Is there a Zoid site where you can easily look up say stegosaurus then bam a stegosaurus zoid. Don't know there zoid names.
