Is Hasbro Hindering Our Kitbash Creativity?

Recommended Posts

Has anyone but me noticed that alts are becoming harder to get apart. pins only have one hole and they are in harder to reach areas, not to mention the over abundace of glue they feel to use. and what's up with the extra pin/tab on alt tracks shoulders? they even went as far to put a rivit in it? i think they are tryin' to stop us from making our own bots. or am i just parinoid?

Nah yer just PARANOID'D

I agree with STPrime. Alt. Prowl was difficult to take apart (dash/windshield part) and Alt. Prime! So many little screws and pins to deal with. I had to disassemble the entire front section just to change out the neck joint.

But alas, we are talented, brilliant and have imaginations. If Hasbro/Takara wont make it, one of us will, and that one will show another and another......for we are C.R.A.K. Master's!

I have noticed that the newer ones seem to be more complex, and difficult.  I think they consider this "Better" TF's.

I prefer simpler models to try and bash.

I think so far, the Mazda has to be the best transformation, its classic style, yet more complex than SS.

I think this happened to give us supperior toys.

I always thought they were trying to make life more difficult for KO makers.

I think they're becoming harder to disassemble.

but maybe they're tired of everyone bashing nothing but alts and mostly ignoring mainline stuff.
