This is the only pic I have of the Generation 1 Minicars I displayed in my den.  Yes, I know, I didn't protect them properly, just hung them up bare on the wall (I should have shot myself)

I'm not sure about a dream, but I did have what turned out to be a premonition once a couple of years ago when I received a package and there was this shiny Op. Prime inside.  That was in 2004, just before my ex's betrayal, and I just ignored it because the only Prime I knew like that was MP Prime and there was no way I could afford him.

Feburary this year, I received a package and inside was a shiny MP Op. Prime and it was exactly like the premonition had shown.  Same packaging, same way it had been placed into the box and covered with those little sticky balls, I'm having trouble spelling the word, and everything, even the weather outside and the noise outside was exactly the same.

Also had that with the reissue of G1 Prowl who I got in 2002, had a premonition about him in 1994.  The more recent one showed some TF that hasn't been released yet, no idea who it was, it's not one that's been shown yet, that's for sure.  His alt mode was something akin to a semi, but vastly more up to date, not an MP piece.  The size was about ultra size, the trailer had what appeared to be battle details of guns and ladders on it while the cab wasn't a Prime, but could be easily mistaken for one.  The details on the cab were quite close to real life and the robot mode had a new look to it, a whole new Transformer.  And it wasn't Autobot, Decepticon, Maximal or Predacon, it was a completely new faction.  Maybe it was a glimpse of a TF line that could be appearing in the next few years.

Hmm, have you seen the CGI Spots for the new Transformers movie?  Possibly a vision of the new line that will surely debut with the movie release :clap

You mean that one where you're on a pyramid wearing kind of Sun God robes and thousands of naked women are screaming and throwing little pickles at you?  No? Why am I the only one who has that dream?

 

Slightly on topic...finding original G1 toys in MINT packaging at prices almost less than they sold for originally in today's economy?  I call bullBlot.  And a picture on Minibots on your wall proves nothing. If it is true, selling G1 toys makes the baby Jolie-Pitt baby cry.  AND that's worse than the baby Jesus.

If you don't believe me, that's your choice. 

 

I guarantee there are still some stores out there that have them on the shelves as we speak, just nobody has found them yet. 

 

It happened to me, whether anyone wants to believe it or not.

 

Don't really know how you would expect me to prove something that happened over 2 years ago anyway :roll

between 1997 and 1999 I came across several toy stores that also had tons of 80's toys including some G1 stuff that had been laying on the shelves since the 80's, and were sold at their original prices !

 

I came back to one of these stores in 2001 and there were still a few G1 TFs, and then once again in late 2002, this time not many TFs were left but I still managed to get several MOC Micromasters

chances are greater in mom & pop stores
