I'd like to see life on Cybertron as Maximal and Predacons. I hope X Bob isn't here. I wanna see what led up to the great upgrade and why the all stopped being Autobots and Cons. Also what happened to the retired bots that didn't want the upgrade.

Only when I had to do toy boxarts, which have to be done months ahead the actual toy release - right now I see all the toy news online like everybody else.

I would LOVE a comic continuation of the original G1 cartoon. I really hope you're thinking seriously of doing that. I know I'd buy it!

I think the characters introduced in Rebirth are the least interesting characters ever to appear in the G1 cartoon. Granted, they only had three episodes in which to appear, but still -- for a G1 fan comic, the success of the comic depends largely upon the appeal of the characters in that comic. People want to see comics about Megatron and Optimus Prime and all those guys. But I suspect that most fans are only tangentially interested in guys like Hardhead and Triggerhappy.

 

Also, the thing that I like the most about Rebirth (and admittedly there isn't much that I do like about it) is that it completed the G1 (cartoon) story arc. In MTMTE practically the first words out of the narrator's mouth are about Cybertron losing all its energy and becoming a dying planet, and then at the end of Rebirth the planet is restored. The crisis was resolved, and the story, however imperfect, was completed. And I did like that the series actually ended with a conclusive "ending".

^ I kinda liked that as a kid............But Galvatron wasn't dead, nor the rest of the cons. As long as they exist, there can never be peace. Especially with them not being captured or anything. I just knew a new episode would come on the next day. I so wanted to see HotRod in action *Having missed the Movie*
