i voted technobots, they just seem to fit the recent theme or out there designs.

I picked them as well but only because they are the oldest option on there.

Do you mean one of the newest ones? Trypticon, the Stunticons, and the Predacons all came out before the Technobots.

The Stunticons were redone in 1995 (sort of), Predacons in 2001, Trypticon in 1998... so no. I am speaking toywise there hasn't been any "true" Technobots since 1987 or whatever. I am not counting those dudes from pre-G2 in the UK, they were Tecnobots and weren't related.

:pfx and their upcoming appearance in Stormbringer makes it even more likely, I think.

Trypticon was released in Japan for Beast wars.  The stuticons were repainted for G2, and Predaking was reissued.

Sorry the G2 Stunticons were never released to the general public... Anyway "This thread" is about getting new versions of older figures not about what figures that have been reissued or used in other series. What was said is that they were the oldest ones listed which is an incorrect statement. Just because a figure is reissued doesn’t make it a new figure. If this was the case most of these figures have bootleg versions, so with that type of thinking they have all would be new. To make this type of point it would have been better to say that they haven't been used in another series or reissued which would have conveyed the point better.

How were the Stunticons redone in 1995? Just asking…Also the Predacon gift set reissue set came out in 2005.

honestly, i just want more gestalts damnit!  i missed the energon guys and i'm kicking my ass hardcore for that.  the gestalts where some of my most memorable tf experiances, i remember building devastator over months time, and putting the pieces of him together that i had dreaming of when i could complete the set.  i remember packing all 5 of the other guys with me when i finaly was going to get scrapper

There's already three of the fortmax mold made. I think Trypticon will be redone since there's already a predaking reissue
