I like it. The transformation looks impossible. I was hoping this was real. Meh

Looks cool. Very much in the style of classics Prime. Even though this isn't the actual concept art for him, I hope the theme is somewhat similar.

Might just be concept art and most likely won't be the real thing, but that does look very nice.  Now just to wait for the offical item to appear.

Well, it's not bad. If they ever had Hot Rod in the live action movie, I would expect him to look something like that. Who knows? Maybe he'll be in the Alternators line one day.
